Dynamics Is a professionally based program which focuses on a players speed, agility, technical ability,technique, ball control, juggling,receiving, passing, shooting, dribbling, changing direction with ball effective and efficiently. Concentrates on a players mental toughness through concentration games and a competitive setting.   We play 3v3 at the end of every session.
