Dynamics
(Ages 8-18) It is a professionally based program that concentrates on improving and refining your technical (ball work) and finishing skills (scoring goals). Created through years of professional playing experience this program also focuses on change of speed, direction, breathing and recovery techniques. The perfect program for the player that wants to gain an edge in competition.
