For recreational players as well as Travel Players!!
Hello Families and Friends:
We are proud to announce that we are having DYNAMICS clinics this spring starting April 3rd for ALL ages from u9-u18 players. Classes will cover a range of soccer training exercises specific to each class/age, all in a positive and fun environment!
Dynamics-- Classes will be 10-12 players and for ALL players u8-u18, Defenders, Strikers, Midfielders, and including Goalkeepers. Our dynamics class we will cover all soccer fundamentals and get into more advanced areas, such as technique when striking or passing the ball, working on a players quickness/agility and will introduce them to plyometric training(exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power and strength) as well as smart movement on the field and smart decision making.
Dates: Mondays April 3,10,24,May 1,8,15,22 and June 5th
Times for Dynamics: u9-u10 players 5-6pm, u11-u13 players 6-7pm, u14+ players 7-8pm
Cost: Dynamics $40 4 weeks $70 8 weeks.
MFC Current Player cost: $25 4 weeks $50 8 weeks
